Katie shared this dip with us during one of our ST meetings & it's SO good!
The Ingredients:
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 16 oz mayonnaise
- 1 package ranch dip mix
- 1 small jar jalapenos, mild or hot (Katie uses the sliced ones used for nachos)
The Directions:
Drain jalapenos. Trim cilantro if necessary (some people use stems, some don't). Put all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips. YUM!
