Tasty Tuesday: Pico de Gallo

Salsa in the jar is good, but sometimes you just need some delicious homemade pico de gallo with your chips!


The Ingredients:

  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp jalapenos, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

The Directions:

Combine all ingredients & allow to sit for at least 6 hours before serving.
